How many titles can I have in my Download Cart at the same time?
Our system allows you to put up to 5 titles in your Download Cart at the same time. If you have
decided against checking out a particular title, you can click on the remove link to pull it out of your Download Cart. Please note that the system will automatically remove a title from your Download Cart 30 minutes after you have placed it there, making it available to other patrons at your library.

Can I return items early?
At the end of the loan period, titles will expire and be automatically returned to the library. At this time, you can delete the expired file(s) from your computer. There are no late fees. eBooks can be returned early. Audiobooks can be returned early if you are using an Android, Blackberry, or Windows device and have updated to version 2.4 of the OverDrive Media Console App.
How can I see titles that are available for checkout right now?
Use the Advanced Search page. To display all of the titles that are available for check out right now, check the Only show titles with copies available box on the Advanced Search page.
What happens when I place an item on hold?
The title you have placed on hold will be reserved for you to check out once it becomes available. When the title is available for you, you will receive an email with instructions on checking the item out.
I received the email saying my hold is available, but it is not in my download cart?
The book that you have on hold will be in My Holds. It will remain there for 72 hours, then it will move on to the next person in line or become available.
